"Scuba Divers dream! Best view, overlooks the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is old but well-maintained. Excellent proximity to dive shop and dive park."

"We had a great time staying here! The set up was perfect for us and we found the cabin very cozy and loved the decor. (especially the antique radio, and desk on the second level) The bedding was extremely soft & comfortable. Even though it was in the mid 90s, we still used the hot tub once it was shaded and it was very relaxing. Sitting on the deck at night and listening to the sounds of the insects was pretty cool and musical. Also drinking coffee on the deck in the morning was very enjoyable as well! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The Roku TV was great and the Internet worked well. Definitely a home away from home! The instructions for check-in and checkout were clear-cut and detailed, so there were no questions. And entering a code to get in the front door was very easy. I was impressed with all the little touches. Highly recommend! "

It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which made settling in feel effortless. You could tell the owners really take pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable space for guests.And Beaver Lake was a true star of the trip. The swimming was outstanding — crystal-clear water, gentle waves, and plenty of spots for floating, kayaking, or just soaking up the sun. The house is tucked away in a quiet cove, surrounded by nature. It felt like we were a world away from the hustle and bustle, and that tranquility was exactly what we needed. Evenings were magical — scenic view of the lake, listening to the sounds of the forest, and stargazing without a single city light in sight.This lake house is truly a hidden gem, and we feel so lucky to have found it. "The most important part is parking. This property has eureka springs parking and if you have a backing problem, this isn’t for you. You are either backing downhill into the driveway or backing out uphill into the roadway, either way It’s uphill from the house into the road. It’s a blind corner and people fly around the corner.The property is a bit dated, some updates would be great. There are a couple of things that are important to keep people happy. A decent mattress and good coffee. This place failed on both. The king mattress is long overdue to be replaced and The coffee maker needs to be tossed. It literally took an hour for it to make a pot. We bought a new one and now have a travel coffee maker."
