Spacious condo and very quiet

We had rented a unit with a mezzanine and the 800+ Sq ft was more tha enough. Very clean with everyting needed for cooking. Indoor garage parking is a plus. Great place to stay as it is right at the bottom of the ski slopes. You can even use the walking trails fo free!

Peaceful hotel north of Quebec City

Annual trip from Vermont to Baie St Catharine To visit the whales of the St Lawrence Sagnuay Estuary. Staying in the well equipped comfortable hotel just past St Ann de Beaupre feels like home and shortens the distance to catch our whale cruise boat early in the morning. The serene vistas from our room are looking at the ski slopes and beautiful starry night sky. From this ski resort we can easily drive to Quebec to enjoy the countless experiences she offers.

The hotel location is great,, but the hotel itself needs modernization, they are still in old style. The room tv is small and outdated, the door key same issue.

Spacious and modern. Great place to stay with family (2 bedrooms) and explore the Cote de Beaupre region and use as a base for Quebec City. Pool wasn't close by but otherwise very pleased.

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Kids loved it !
Cons: A little outdated but very clean.
Very nice and friendly place to go. Love the 2 story condo with all the necessary (nothing to bring except your food). It is a little outdated but very clean and would go back without a doubt.

Very disappointing

we arrived late at night and we didn't know that they don't have any service in the front. I had to call a few times, Finally the answering service answered but she couldn't find our reservation. we had the keys in the wood book. The room was outdated and blinds broken , kitchen parts of the top stove broken , lights not working , room and bathroom was not clean and the bathroom has mold on the wall. Very disappointing. I hope management will take a look into our comments and do something about the outdated rooms. for the same price we paid we could have stayed in the Valcartier hotels and spa.
