we arrived late at night and we didn't know that they don't have any service in the front. I had to call a few times, Finally the answering service answered but she couldn't find our reservation. we had the keys in the wood book. The room was outdated and blinds broken , kitchen parts of the top stove broken , lights not working , room and bathroom was not clean and the bathroom has mold on the wall. Very disappointing. I hope management will take a look into our comments and do something about the outdated rooms. for the same price we paid we could have stayed in the Valcartier hotels and spa.

We would like to advise you that we advise everyone about our closing time as well as our late procedure arrival in the confirmation we send after the reservation is taken. Perhaps yours was not sent properly?
Again we are sorry and we can assure you that this is not the kind of experience we want to give to our guests.
