Located in Beaumont at the Southern end of Kangaroo Valley it has a lovely northerly aspect, a wet edge pool and beautiful gardens. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Located on Cambewarra Mountain, Sahali is a 10 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, 20 minute drive to Nowra, and 30 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The stunning Cambewarra Lookout and Cafe is also only a few minutes drive by car - well worth a visit to see the spectacular coastal views on a clear day! Why choose Sahali? Sahali is an entertainer's dream. The covered pool cabana, the wet edge pool, large deck and spacious interiors are just a few of the features that make this house perfect for spending quality time together. How is the property laid out? Sahali is a multi level home that sleeps 8 people over 4 bedrooms. The lower ground level has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooktop, a new 90cm oven and a butler pantry. The living area is spacious with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, while the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the company of your friends and family. There is a second lounge area with TV and a study. Also on this floor are two more bedrooms with Queen beds and a large bathroom with shower and bath. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Due to the fairly remote location of the property, internet/WiFi and mobile reception is provided via Starlink. It is usually very reliable and fast. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. What about outdoors? Sahali was designed for outdoor living! The raised pool cabana is the perfect entertaining space, and the concrete, wet edge pool makes the most of the fantastic views. The property sits on 2 acres, which is a mixture of landscaped gardens and rainforest. There is a private courtyard that has a fire pit. Staying warm or keeping cool? There is a split system air-conditioner in the TV room of the house. There is also a large ceiling fan in the kitchen dining area, and individual fans in each of the bedrooms. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sahali supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels. Parking for cars, etc? Sahali has open air parking for 3 cars. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly properties. Wildlife Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, ants, spiders, bees, wasps and even snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. You must book the property knowing that the possibility of encountering wildlife exists, and you must take care during your visit if walking around the property - please. What are the minimum stay rules? \- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property \- Easter: 4 nights \- Long Weekends: 3 nights \- All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? The house is perfect for a small group of adults and kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had heaps of areas to explore and things to do. The adults had their own space to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings of this property. Of course the view from the front is absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice! The house is great with lots of spaces - great area for the kids to play, while the adults had their own space. Even though it was a bit cold and raining, the kids still used the pool. One of the best kitchens in a rental property, all the bits you need to make yummy meals. Bathrooms were also great, with lots of lovely product! The house was incredible! Everything was immaculate and we had everything that we needed. This house is perfect for a large group, SO much space, inside and out. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing weekend at Sahali KV. The house is incredible, with so many different areas, you felt like you had your own secluded spot despite there being 12 of us. The house was well equipped with everything you could need.. The view was a highlight to wake up to in the morning! Just stunning scenery. I have recommended this spot to many of my friends! The only thing I would say was that the bin was already basically full for when we arrived. Other than that i can’t fault it, it was the perfect weekend getaway with friends! Our group of 10 had more than enough room to spread out and relax in this well designed house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the overall house was beautifully decorated.
