I arrived for my reservation and there was no room available. The desk clerk did not expresss concern or offer a apology.

Excellent bargain

I reviewed this hotel earlier and mistakenly said that it had been renovated, which is not the case - the hotel is around 4 years old. The room was not as clean this time around, so I've given it a lower rating. It's still the best deal in this class of hotels for this area.

Inexpensive and nice

Posted 5-Aug-2016
I stayed in a non-smoking room with a king-sized bed on the 3rd floor. Room was very spacious with a hide-a-bed sofa, table, and kitchenette. Room looked mostly renovated (fresh paint, new carpet[?], modern style furniture). Mattress was firm (not bowed) and the pillows, though small, were fluffy (I brought my own). Toiletries and towels were of the inexpensive kind (I brought my own soap and shampoo), but because of the low price of the hotel stay, I'm not complaining. Though not exceptional, the water pressure for the shower was adequate. Hot breakfast provided. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

Pros: Close to work.
Cons: Step up the cleaning. TV remotes don't seem to work so you have to manually press buttons on the TV if you can find them. I found some strange hairs
Location: Work
Overall a decent lodging experience, although the cleanliness isn't quite as good as when I first staying at this place.

Not Impressed, but Affordable

Posted 6-Jun-2016 on Hotels
I needed a room and this was a good price and location for that day. The room was clean but smelled of smoke. You had to go to the front desk to get an iron. The desk clerks barely acknowledged you verbally, but were prompt. And the other quests were colorful and most seemed to be traveling contract workers. If you low on cash this hotel is ok. But I would recommend spending $25-$30 more a night to really relax and feel comfortable.

Nice beds and room but everything else was wrong

Posted 4-Jun-2016 on Hotels
The hotel seem to had been updated not too long ago. The hotel management is not all there. Starting with the rooms which were nice bathroom super nice! But towels must of cost them 25 cents they were small and felt like sandpaper!!! Same cheapness went the tolitries soap bars were small like 2 inches and half inch thick. Moving on to breakfast no host and the food was non existent they had no cearal no milk when you needed something the owners daughter had to come around from the checkin counter to give you a spoon or get you more milk??? Her brother hung around the breakfast room with a dirty wife beater undershirt that looked brown instead of white. Instead of lending a hand he would holler at his sister anytime anyone would ask for something. COME ON!!!! It's a family business do something guy! So we would go down the street for chick fil a in the morning. Internet struggled too. Not a bad place but definitely needs to hire a professional manager that can run things right as the family can help the business by staying out of it. It's a shame
