High school reunion

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Tub was a little want (uneven ). Breakfast was good scrambled or boiled eggs sausage toast donuts or make your own waffle. Juice coffee or milk. Also cereal overall good.

Strong mold smell

The hotel smelled like mold or mildew and when i got to my room it smelled worse very strong,went to bathroom and there was black mold on wall by bathtub, room looked nice and clean except for the couch or sleeper sofa that had black dirt on back and on cushions that needed to be cleaned....overall not too good

Black Mold

This place had the weirdest smell in the lobby and in the rooms. Cancelled my next visit on the way back from New Orleans. Stay away there are plenty of newly built hotels in the area. Trust me the smell was mold and dirt.

Not accessible from interstate and hard to find.

Pros: The breakfast was decent.
Cons: The smell and cleanliness of the rooms were a 1 star rating and the grounds need maintenance. The hotel sign was all taped up. Was disappointed.
Location: not accessible.
The room ricked with a strong odor that was illuminated with room deodorizer. Not enough towels, no evident box of Kleenex to be found. There was an unfinished jacuzzy tub with two of the sides covered with granite and the front with a wood board, plus had to be cleaned. VERY UNFINISHED. The grounds were not kept up and a refrigerator visible in parking lot when you check in on the side of the building. Really? Would not recommend this hotel and will not book again.

Decent for price.

The hotel itself was nice, the staff were friendly. The parking was ok. The only thing I did not like was the wet carpet in the room and the broken chair.

Things should work and be clean.

It pays to inspect completed work done by staff. Case in point: coffee maker filter holder had residue at the bottom. Remote control would not turn T.V. on/off. Viewer had to walk up to it, look at butttons in back and choose. Two small pillows not enough for comfort.

Don't Do It !!!

Checked into my room early because I didn't know how late my plans would keep me out. Got my key and just left. I wound up being out all night. I got back to the hotel at about 10:00 am. I went up to my room and the door had a Do Not Disturb sign on it. I didn't think anything about it, used my key and opened the door only to find that my room was occupied. I closed the door and immediately went down to the front desk. They told me that they had switched my room. News Flash, I still had a working key to the room they switched me out of. I could have been beat up or shot. What were they thinking. So they gave me a key to another room and I went up. When I walked into this room it smelled horrible. It smelled like a musty used ashtray. Now this is a 100% smoking free hotel. I figured that the people in my original room must have refused the second room that I got so they swapped us. Bottom line, I paid for a two night stay at this hotel, but didn't sleep there any. The bed was never messed up. Granted, the first night I didn't stay was due to my plans. But the second night, it smelled so bad I wasn't going to stay there. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Reminded me of why I quit staying in such cheap hotels. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Nice place

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Close to stores and restaurants. We only had one problem and that was a dirty coffee pot. The staff quickly replaced it.
