The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. The real selling point of this hotel is its staff. Breakfast is plentiful and freshly prepared whilst the evening meals are better than many expensive restaurants. More than adequate for or stay. The only negative was the very tight parking spaces at the back. Well positioned in the centre of town. Slightly old fashioned but well kept. Competitive pricing. The room was clean with all the facilities needed. As well as tea/coffee making facilities, bottles of sparking water were also provided. The toilet/shower was a bit small but no real problem. The only minor issue was that the room was quite cold in the evening (it was winter) but the bed was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Nice little hotel at reasonable price. The hotel is quite old so uneven floors and rattling windows have to be expected.Worth noting that the restaurant is not operating at this time.
