This is a lovely waterfront (marsh) home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office. There is a large multi-level deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful marsh and trail views. Water is present during high tide, at which time you may even go fishing. There is a formal living room and one family room (both have leather sofas). Each of these rooms as well as each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment! Two rooms are quite sizable and have king-sized beds. The third room has a queen bed. Kitchen is large, spacious and functional. We believe we have everything you need to make a great meal for you and your guests. Furniture is all new! Wonderful location and enjoyed being so close to the Spanish Moss Trail. We had plenty of room for everyone. Only drawbacks are the attention to the little things- ice and water on refrigerator not working, low water pressure, master bedroom door to the deck didn’t lock and sliding back door hard to open and close.
