This home has recently been completely renovated inside with all new flooring, trim, paint and appliances. Washer and dryer and outdoor grill on site. It is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic town of Beaufort (make sure to eat breakfast/lunch at Low Country Produce Market while you're there - excellent food and atmosphere!). The owner was very friendly and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. ##### Amy M. However we had no idea it was a trailer park. The yard is full clutter and the other mobile homes are too close to the house. The couch and the bed were horrible! We could feel the springs in the cushions and the washer and dryer clearly need to be replaced. The dryer didn't dry. The stay was short and it didn't rain but rain would have been mud puddles. All in all the description of the property feels a little crafted and what we got was not what we were expecting at all. Really needs up grades and finishing touches.
