Each Superior king room also has a private balcony. All of our rooms include bath robes, and linens and bath products for guest use. Complimentary Chilled bottled water and Coffee bar in the lobby for guest use and explore downtown beaufort on one of your House Bicycles. The Emerald Stays is Downtown Beauforts newest boutique accommodations. This property is located on Carteret street in the historic point neighborhood and is just a short walk to waterfront park and bay street shopping/ dining. A Nespresso Coffee Machine and chilled bottled water are provided for guests in the lobby. Additionally we are now offering complementary bicycles for guest use during their stay. Property management was quick to respond when we had a random fire alarm, and even had someone onsite quickly to check things over after the fire department declared it a false alarm. But The sheets had a stain on them, the door to the balcony had a thin sheet over it, which made it hard to sleep with the light from the street shining in all night and there were no chairs on the deck so we couldn’t sit out side. Over all the room was clean but the good coffee maker in the hall was out of order. It was a nice touch to have waters and a welcome bag of goodies and to have the closet of incidentals if we forgot something.
