The cottage is also close to Paris Island Marine Corps Station. The cottage features a queen size bed and one full size bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen. For cooler days there is also an electric fireplace in the living room, that can be used year round. The cottage also has a front porch with rocking chairs and a back deck. We provide all linens and towels to our guests. Internet / WIFI access is also available. We provide our guests with a passport to the Hunting Island State Park and Beach. Since there is no land line phone in the cottage, a cell phone is a must for emergencies or to contact us during your stay for any problems or questions. Parking is available in front of the cottage. We take pride in our cottage, so we have arranged a cleaning service to clean after your stay. They will also wash and dry linens and towels and replace them for the next guests. We look forward to having you as our guest. I am also a local Realtor and would be happy to assist you in your search for a property in and around Beaufort including the beaches of Harbor Island and Fripp Island! One thing to note is if you are staying for a longer trip, there is no closet to store luggage or hang clothing. The bed was very comfortable, but we brought our own pillows. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown shops and food. Outdoor space is very close to the next door house. Not too much privacy using that.
