The second floor has 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed with a private bath and access to an outdoor balcony. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed with a large walk in closet, TV, a private back deck with marsh views, and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk bed combo, a large TV, and shared bathroom. Fripp Island is rich in nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or on foot. This property is located close by all amenities Fripp Island has to offer (i.e Club House, Tennis Courts, Nature Center, etc). We were looking for a quick getaway so that, despite our busy family schedule with travel sports, work, etc - we could enjoy some solid family time over the summer and feel like we took a little trip! This house on Fripp Island was the perfect place! The open floor plan allowed us all to be involved in the conversations & activities while cooking, playing board games or watching movies while the ample bedrooms and bathrooms gave us all the privacy and quiet time that is also desired on a vacation! The location of the house being at the end of a quiet cul de sac was also very nice. Also, having the opportunity to park our cars and golf carts in the garage was such a bonus considering we did have some rain during our stay. Our carts stayed nice and dry so in between rain spells, we were able to easily jump on the dry carts and take a cruise around the island! Last but not least, the golf course and marsh views were absolutely stunning!! We enjoyed watching the thunderstorms and the sunsets alike!! The views of the marsh over the golf course are incredible, and the back porch is a perfect pot for relaxing after a day at the beach -- just watch out for errant golf balls if someone is teeing off for an evening round! The house is well appointed overall, with a well stocked kitchen. The extra fridge in the garage is particularly convenient. The only issue we noted was that there weren't any beach chairs in the house as the listing indicated. That wasn't a problem for us because we live in Beaufort and were able to just grab some from home, but it would have been an unexpected expense had we not had that option. We had a wonderful time and felt truly comfortable the whole week. Rent a golf cart or 3 like we did. Carts are part of the Fripp experience. Enjoy the wildlife, & respect the fact that they were here first. The marina, beach & Cababa Pool are not too far. We ordered dinner from the Beach Club a few times & picked up sandwiches at the Market Deli often. This house has a great washer & dryer so you don’t need to bring a lot of clothes! Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Pascha S. 29 juin 2022 #### Overall nice day This was our first time back to Fripp Island in over a decade and overall the visit was very enjoyable. The layout of the house was perfect for two families with a total of six children and teens. The kitchen was very well start with dishes and utensils and such, though there were crumbs and sticky things in several of the kitchen drawers so I felt like I had to wash all the dishes before we use them. Also be forewarned, the dishwasher is very very slow (\~3 hours) so we had to leave it running with dishes in the sink which led to an additional cleaning charge. Make sure you’re getting it loaded up and run the evening before check out! ##### Pascha S. Sunset views off back deck are the best on the island. In quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Was some construction noise but mostly while we were at beach. Since cooking and eating in are main option on Fripp, I would suggest more cookware and cooking utensils. Other than that house was perfect. Group managing house was very responsive. ##### Josh P. Three families with 6 children and the house laid out well to accommodate us all. We loved the open floor plan and large kitchen. Houses was very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful paintings throughout the house. Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Entertaining area works nicely for group gatherings, meals, and games. Quiet location with great views. The women in my family take an annual trip together and we chose this house for t his year’s trip. There are 8 of us and it was perfect. The kitchen is large and there was room for all of us to gather and cook and drink wine. The deck overlooks the golf course and marsh and had plenty of seating for us all. We were all tremendously happy with our choice and we will definitely look to go back! ##### Amanda B.
