The Good Tides Getaway is a beautiful low country style 3 bed/2 bath home making your perfect getaway to Beaufort, SC! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Downtown Beaufort’s Waterfront Park, shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from Parris Island, and within 15 miles from Hunting Island State Park. Take a walk along the beautiful Spanish Moss Trail greenway or grab the bikes (4 provided) to putt around downtown. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing vacation or an active one, we have it all! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 2​1+ to book This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided. No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00. Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. The house was close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.We especially appreciated the bikes provided, which added a fun touch to our visit. The pics don't do the home justice. Everything was so clean and homey. We definitely didn't feel out of place in someone else's house! The location was great and the home had everything we could possibly need. We were so happy to find a pet friendly rental in this area. It's just a short drive to the adorable downtown and you can walk to the Spanish Moss Trail. They also provide a pass to Hunting Beach. After a day of exploring Beaufort it was such a wonderful place to come home to and relax. We cannot wait to come back!! ##### Cathy C. Very large main living area for 4 adults and plenty of room to move around. So nice to have the bikes provided for the ride into town. And the pet friendly was really great, so many nice touches for them. Only suggestion would be to post the check out procedures, times, etc. when you’re in your 3rd rental in the last month and 4 more to go on this trip gets a little tricky to find all of your virtual keys and we made the mistake on our checkout time. Completely our fault but cost is $100\. Just a little note on the fridge would help future guests! Thanks. ##### Sean O.
