LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This property is convenient to Beaufort, Port Royal, Parris Island, Hunting Island Park (with an amazing beach) and it is about 30 minutes from Bluffton and Hilton Head. There is a Publix and Wal-Mart located on Ladys Island, as well as several stores, nice restaurants and fast food places, a marina and a car wash. Beaufort, Parris Island, and Port Royal are just over the bridges. This fully furnished short-term rental is available for a few days or up to six months. It is a private home on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. It is situated directly on the twelfth green at Lady's Island Golf Club and an easy walk to the clubhouse with a good restaurant and cozy bar. This home offers four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a laundry room, concrete patio with a grill, Wi-Fi, and premium channels. The downstairs master suite features a queen bed and large ensuite bathroom. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling and views of the 12th green. The large den includes puzzles and board games for a rainy day. The dining room seats six. It also has a large eat-in kitchen with all appliances. This house is well stocked with plates, dishes, mugs, pots and pans, pillows, towels, and linens. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms include queen beds. The third bedroom includes two twin beds. When we got there we noticed some spots,things not working,broken. So we let the manager know. We also took pictures as we saw things. Now we are getting charged for stains that were there when we got there. The place is in a good location for what we needed. We just needed a place to stay for a week. This was our first time to SC. and our first time using a rental so I had my concerns. We came down a few days early so that we could do some vacationing. I went with this house due to the amount of bedrooms it had, not knowing the area, I took a risk in what we might end up with. I will say we were very pleased. The house was super clean, everything we could possible need was at our disposal, including a cooler we used for the beach. Tom was wonderful with advice about the area and where to eat and what beaches to visit. I think the only thing I would change about the house is the decor. It's very outdated, and didn't have a hide-a-bed as stated in the description, but overall, I would suggest this home to anyone. It was only a short 16 minute drive to Parris Island, in an actual quiet neighborhood. We even meet one of the neighbors who came over to say hi and congratulate us on my son's graduation. If I ever came back to Beaufort, I'd rent this home again for sure!!! Thanks Tom for a great visit! ##### Susan B. The pictures do not do it justice at all. This place is huge! All the rooms were well appointed and well maintained. They had everything there that you could possibly need. I forgot my crock pot, they had one! There were plenty of big soft fluffy towels. The owner called us to make sure that we had the address and key code. We were here for our son's graduation from Parris Island. This home was just 25 minutes from Parris Island, so very convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly.
