Gite on 3 levels (access by a covered external staircase from the carport, shared by the 2 gites) comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area (Tulikivi wood-burning stove), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm - shower room and WC / 1 double bed 160x200 cm - shower and WC), separate WC. 1st floor: a living room (television with free Canal + access), 3 bedrooms (2 bunk beds and a pull-out sofa made up of 2 single beds - shower cubicle and sink / 1 double bed 160x200 cm - bath and sink / 1 double bed 140x190 m and a mattress on a 2-person base without feet 140x190 cm placed on a platform under the slope - shower room and WC). Basement: Wellness area with an 8/10-seater sauna and a natural stone cold tub. Total floor area: 207 m² including the attic. Balcony and terrace (table and 8 chairs). Country chalet located in a hamlet on a slope, surrounded by meadows and forests. Chalet comprising 2 adjoining gites and a holiday studio belonging to the owners on the ground floor. Spacious terrace shared with the adjoining gite, 2 covered and private parking spaces. In July and August only: unheated above-ground swimming pool (diameter 5.50 m) Shared land. Shops in Arêches 800 m away and in Beaufort 6 km away.
