Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy King-Size bed, and private deck! Close drive to Downtown Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is the perfect condo! This unit is not suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. If you book and have children you are assuming all responsibility for their safety and liability. There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor. NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door. BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door. Please note this is an end unit on the 2nd floor, but you do share a wall with the unit next door. The condo was clean and well stocked.The view is lovely and it was nice to be able to sit out on the dock and enjoy the water and the beautiful marsh. We even saw dolphins. The condo was perfect for the two of us and was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area of SC! ##### Suzanne G. It was a nice quiet area with a great water view and close to all the things!!!! We were greeted with snacks and all when we arrived. Two minutes from the base. The condo was beautiful, very clean, cozy, and great view. Amazingly comfortable bed! Great communication from the manager with very helpful information. The condo was perfect and had a wonderful view! And you really thought of everything. The peacefulness and quiet was exactly what we needed. And there are so many wonderful restaurants and activities in the area. One of our favorite restaurants is Q on Bay and then we enjoyed the swings at the waterfront afterwards.
