This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, just steps from Ocean Point Golf Course also has a beautiful view of the ocean (and the course) from the deck. New owners gave it a complete facelift (paint, furniture, decor & more) spring 2021 and replaced the family room sofa and back deck furniture May 2023. The kitchen is well equipped for making dinner in after a day of fun in the sun - whether the day is spent on the course or at the beach, you can have dinner and cocktails at home. Enjoy the quiet found at the “point” of the island and use the included, new 4-person golf cart for quick access to every amenity, restaurant, and beach access point this island paradise has to offer. Primary Bedroom with ensuite bath has large windows with a gorgeous view, a flat screen tv, and king bed with resort inspired linens. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen tv, and attached access to the second bathroom. The family room has a 65" TV and is a comfy space with a beautiful view. Flat Screen TV’s, a bluetooth speaker, built in USB ports, and Wi-Fi bring the modern conveniences that you've come to expect and will be some of the small reasons you’ll wish you could stay even longer. 4 Passenger Golf Cart Included Club Cards Available for Purchase Linens, Bath and Kitchen Towels Provided Gas Grill Available on Deck 2 Driveway and 1 Garage Parking Spots Pre-approved pups welcome for a fee ($150+tax) PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Resort amenities include two 18-hole golf courses, an Olympic-size pool, an adult pool with beach bar, a 10 court tennis club, a fitness center, beach and bike rentals, several restaurants and an activity center. Through the marina you can rent a kayak or book an evening cruise on the Fripper to watch for dolphins. Additional fees may apply for some amenities and a Club Card is required. Club cards cost $55/person (fees) a week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39/person (+fees) a week the rest of the year. All guests 13 & up must have their own card. In order to go to the island restaurants all members of the party (13 & older) must have a guest card. A new fee will be charged in a ddition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, the amount will be 12.8% of the total rent for the stay. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay. We had the best time during our November stay! Having rented on Fripp Island for many years I had never stayed in one of the Sandown units and was thoroughly impressed. The unit was updated, clean, and well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, entertainment options, and more. The unit also came with an electric golf cart which was a huge plus. It was perfect for our dog as he could use the front dog door to enjoy the front deck and enclosed yard area. We were able to befriend some nearby neighbors who all had dogs of their own. It's a quick walk to the Ocean Point beach access, you just have to monitor the tide chart and visit at low tide. Also close to the Ocean Point Grille and Springtide market. The hosts were fantastic at communicating through email and were more than accommodating. We would love to rent this unit again on our next visit! ##### Hunter H. Fripp has become one of our favorite family vacation spots. This is our first time staying at this particular home, but we will definitely return. The owner was very responsive from the very beginning of the process and through our stay. The home has gone through renovations and is very clean. The beds and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Of course, being at Fripp, the included golf cart and access to amenity cards were a great addition. We were there during July 4th week, so cart rentals would’ve been impossible. We loved the view from the back deck! I highly recommend this rental! ##### Angela L.
