Checkout the pictures of the new kitchen, we raised the ceiling and took down wall for an Open Concept Luxurious bathrooms are also brand new. New wood plank floors and High Top table and chairs on the deck to enjoy the great view. A 2023 four Passenger Golf Cart, equipt with Blue Tooth and Stereo Speakers! Park your car and use the golf cart to go everywhere. It's a great way to explore the island. Fripp Landings features a fully equipped, eat in kitchen with pass through bar to large living room. The living room has a couch and 2 super cumfy overstuffed chairs, a 55” TV with Apple TV. There is bonus sitting area adjacent to LR with chairs for reading, gaming and conversation. The deck opens off the living room has spectacular ocean views, it also overlooks the Ocean Point pool. Two large bright bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has king size beds, with new remodeled ensuite bathrooms. There is also a washer and drier, for your convenience. Amenities Cards are available for purchase. Guest card are required to access all resort amenities: swimming pools, restaurants, bars and more. Guests can enjoy Newhaven’s Courtyard with Weber gas grills and tables for entertaining. Covered Parking for 2 cars and the golf cart Guests who book this reservation, must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13. This rental includes a 4 seat Electric Golf Cart at no extra charge A Pack N Play, Restaurant style highchair and Safety gate available for the little ones. So you don't have to lug more stuff with you. Fripp Landing is a bit of paradise on a private island with 2 golf courses, pools and a beautiful beaches. Ask about monthly rentals Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. We received a 2011 golf cart which broke down during our stay. Two days after leaving i request my 150 deposit back. I was then told we broke a TV in the bedroom. We never used the TV and certainly didn't damage it. They also show pictures of a pool, you can't access without paying over 300 more for amenities cards. Pictures also show beach access during low tide. We never had access to the beach due to water being so high. I do not recommend renting this place. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Beds were like sleeping on a rock and toaster didn’t work till they bright us one two days later and stove was dirty and the fridge took 24 hours to cool once we put all our food in it so the next day we had to throw away ice cream and some lunch meat it was to melted and warm so we was upset over that, the trash can was broke hole time in the kitchen and the comforters were dirty 😞 then the sofas were so old and just nasty looking, if you have ever felt dirty staying at a place…… well this is one of those places even your balcony could use some nice chairs I would say if the owner would put some money into the condo it would be nice but not worth what they charge a week the way it is now, she will tell you things she wants to do like but my a trash can for kitchen by new sofa take fire place out because there is a sign on it that reads broken don’t work, but I think don’t rent it out your condo out till you can fix it that’s smart thing to do, but then again 3000 a week I guess that sounds better to her.
