This home had everything we needed for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers). Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds/pillows, and plenty of space for relaxing during downtime. Neighborhood is charming, quiet, and welcoming. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and clubhouse. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking/eating in. Location was perfect for day trips to the beaches and just a few minutes drive to downtown Beaufort for boating and paddling excursions, shopping, and restaurants. My daughter and niece safely went out at night alone and we didn’t need to worry. The pool was nice and close as well. We didn’t use the kayak but we loved the golf cart, it was worth the extra money. The space was beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! It was far more than we expected. Nicely decorated and the set up was great. Allowed for adults to have some quiet with the kids on the other side of the house. Kitchen was well equipped and met our needs perfectly. The furniture is great and the beds were very comfortable!! We also loved the outdoor seating area!! My only two notes is that the bedrooms didn’t have TVs which would have been nice after a long night at the beach to lay and bed and watch some tv. The only other thing is one of the scooters battery was dead so the kids couldn’t ride together, they were a bit let down with that. We will although likely be returning next year!
