Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : \- A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed and TV \- A fully-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) \- A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A shared 10×6 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated from 15 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an alarm. \- A 20 m² terrace overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the warm weather. The flat is ideally located in Beaucaire, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
