"Nice rooms,very clean, friendly staff. It is close to several different restaurants. It is also close to White Sands National Park and the hotel has sleds that they will let you borrow for free."

"Outside was a little rough. I believe they were updating the sign but overall the property is exactly what you need. It's clean, basic, and has a breakfast included. "

"The bed was super comfy, a little soft so if you like more firm beds these aren’t the beds for you. The room was so clean and the location was perfect to get around! The pool was ok, it needed more water in it. My kids were excited the TVs were Roku so we could connect to Netflix and chill with movie night! Overall great stay! The breakfast was a typical waffle, muffins, grab and go style. Still yummy! "

"Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Location and proximity to the OSHA trail was very enjoyable. Amenities were good - the kitchen is particularly well equipped to handle big family meals and it was great that they’re dog friendly. We had a couple minor plumbing problems and the owner was quick to reply and get it resolved. Minor gripe is the “just enough to get you started” for paper towels, tp, trash bags that so many properties seem to be doing now. Seems a little cheap for a property at this price point. That aside, we’d happily stay here again if we came back to Cloudcroft. "
