« Property just as described! Very Clean and well stocked/furnished (especially with little ones). Easy and timely communication with owner. Fantastic amenities within community, but it is remote with no cell service. Internet worked fine the entire stay. Bring all groceries needed for your stay. Closest grocery store is 40ish mins away. Roads are narrow and winding but worth it for the views! Would return for an another family weekend getaway. If you’re looking for a place to unplug - this is it!...

« This property is breathtaking! From the moment you walk in and see the spectacular view you will want to return time and time again. The homecwas spotless and had everything that we needed and more! The Lake Club is also amazing and had a great pool, hot tub and beach. Communication with the host was seamless. I would recommend this property to anyone! We took numerous hikes to local waterfalls and also took a ride on the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. Everything was amazing! »

« We enjoyed our stay even with our hiccups. I personally did not vet the availability of the amenities because I truly didn’t know I needed to. So unfortunately those were not something we were able to enjoy. Bear Lake Reserve, the community, could offer folks a disclaimer for that since most are not familiar with, “on and off season”.
