5/5 Excellent
" It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their helpfulness made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from my room. It was simply perfect"

"We paid extra for the Falls view. Well worth the extra cost. We were able to view the Falls and the fireworks from the comfort of our room. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We appreciated the extra seating area to allow us to rest and relax without having to sit only on our beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Helpful hint: dining in Niagara Falls is expensive. We went to few minutes up the road to St. Catherines and ate at Upper Deck. It was delicious and much more affordable. "
