The lobby was decent. My room was nasty, stains on the floors, walls dirty, under the couch bed was disgusting looked like it was never vaccumed. It smelt like mold in the room very unpleasant. The mini fridge/ freezer needed to be defrosted. It was so much wrong with the room. I called to complain but the lady at the front desk barely spoke English. We I expressed my concern I was told the were to booked to give me an another room. I was told to speak to a manager in the morning. I ended up stayed because I came to far to go home and I didn’t have enough for another room nearby for my family and I. When we went to the pool it was very warm in the closed space. Inside the pool the water clearly wasn’t not cleaned it was yellowish/green, the cleaning vents weren’t working. Hair was everywhere in the pool. I was over it at this point when I checked out the next day around 9 am. I turned my keys into the front desk and filed a complaint for a refund upon leaving I was told by the manager, that she had to speak to her manager but she’ll write a note for me to be contacted and call Expedia for a refund since that’s whom I booked through long story short. I’ll never return and it has changed so much from when I went 5 years ago. I’m still want on my refund I’m being spun into circles for my money back. Go at your own risk!
