"Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. "

"Had issues with the shower and drainage of the tub and toilets in first room, first night. Next day, Maintenance never showed to fix issues. Hotel was supposedly sold out so only room to change too was handicap accessible. The heater in this room didn’t work right and sounds like a grilled burning. Second room had issues and you could see the poorly attempted cover ups. Hotel had Dope smokers stinking up the halls and elevators. Free breakfast was missing a lot of the normal staples because of Corporate being cheap and not keeping on the suppliers. The juice machine only had cranberry but the orange, apple and other juice selections were not marked out of stocker and water that was lightly diluted came out. Bagels were old and stale. The American Staff was very friendly and did their BEST to assist customers. The foreigner staff gave you dirty looks and didn’t attempt to assist this included MGT. I would not recommend this hotel. This hotel should be DELISTED AS A MARRIOTT PROPERTY CONNECTION."

"I had a prepaid reservation through Expedia. I received a phone call at 5:30 pm informing me they did not have a room for me. They have not arranged for a refund. They did not find me alternative accommodations. Less than 1 star. "

"The hotel is great but we stayed for 3days and never had housecleaning come in. I had to get a shower using a hand towel. No coffe replenishment in the room. "

"Electrical outlet behind the nightstand was inoperative. There were no blankets, just very thin sheets on the bed. The bed was comfortable, but it was just kind of cold sleeping. "
