It was clean, the decor puts you in beach mode, and the remodel updates were well appointed. The reason for 4 stars is with five adults and no children, the twin beds were tough on our backs. If the mattresses were better, it wouldn't have been as jarring on the three of us who slept in twins. Also, the couch in the living room needs to be replaced as it wasn't comfortable to sit on, so there was always one or more of us relegated to the dining room table. If you're a family with just two parents and children, this house seriously could not be beat - especially for the price given the location! With all adults in our party, though, 80% of the house worked for us but that other 20% was noticeable. I would still highly recommend! ##### Kristin V. The location was amazing, we never moved our car. The street has a small beach on the bayside to watch the sunset and a coffee shop on the corner. The setup of the rooms works great for kids.
