Situated on a private lot with mature trees, this fully renovated home offers a reversed living layout with 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a bonus family room and an enormous open floor plan. In addition there are 4 separate decks including a roof deck with outstanding ocean view, bay views and views of Barnegat Lighthouse. 28th Street offers one of the shortest walks to the beach in all of Barnegat Light and the house itself is located about 300 feet to the beach entrance! The house has been updated with a all new flooring, fully renovated bathrooms, a brand new kitchen with new cabinets and stone counters, new vinyl deck railings and much more. This is turn key beach house on LBI with a strong rental history and an ideal setting to start making your summer memories.

#### 28th Street Barnegat Light

Perfect Barnegat Light Beach without the long walk! Owner answered any questions quickly. House is in a great location only a few steps to the beach!. Overall a beautiful home that needs a little TLC outside and some updates inside.
