Beautiful open concept townhome. All the amenities you could ask for while being on vacation...2-1/2 blocks to the beach 1 block to the bay! Three bedrooms, 2 full baths and an outdoor shower with a foot faucet to rinse the sand from your feet after the beach. The three bedrooms and 2 Queen size memory foam sofa beds sleeps 10\. Plenty of room for a bigger family; will sleep up to 12 with air mattress. Full size washer and dryer on the first floor and large stocked kitchen for you to prepare meals. Full size natural gas grill on rear deck right through kitchen sliding doors. EP Henry back patio with Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment night or day. All 3 decks feature patio furniture as well. Outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Parking for 5 with additional off street parking available. Beach tags (not guaranteed) and beach chairs included, just bring linens and towels. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets at the bay each night! The bay also has a fenced in swimming area for youngsters and large gazebo to watch your young swimmers from. Walking distance to so many amenities including fitness gym, fine dining restaurant and gift shop at the end of the street! Wawa, The Meltdown Ice Cream, Terrace Tavern, Oyster House and Howard’s Seafood just a few walking blocks away too! Nardi’s, Acme Super Market, Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf are a short drive away as well. Will consider last minute rentals, only a few weeks left for summer rental season! We brought our own linens and paper products, but the kitchen was fully appointed, so we were able to cook throughout the stay, which we really enjoyed. In most rentals you're lucky to have a pot or pan, but this place seemed to have every possible gadget and plenty of bowls, cutting boards, and other kitchen tools. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long Fall weekend at this beautiful property. The home is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The house is conveniently located between the beach and the bay, and near great places to eat and shop. There is bay beach at the end of the street, with a gazebo that is just perfect for watching the incredible LBI sunsets. Patty, the owner, was easy to deal with and very accommodating. The stairs we way too steep and if we had known it was 17 steps to the bed rooms we would have not rented. The bathroom on the main level the sink water pressure was a joke a trickle at best. First time renting this home and it was a great experience. The owners were very accommodating. The home is on the bay side and included beach badges and beach chairs. The outdoor shower is very roomy and the home is very clean. Also, there was a nice welcoming gift when we arrived. We will be returning next year and highly recommend staying here. ##### patty g.
