Loveladies Coastal Escape – La Roca del Mar - Friday to Friday rental  
  
Tucked on the very first private lane in Loveladies and just the third house from the beach, this 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat (newly renovated in 2025) was built for making memories. With over 3,000 sq. ft., it’s spacious enough to bring the whole crew—up to 16 guests—while still giving everyone a little slice of privacy with a master suite on each level.  
  
Inside, you’ll find plenty of room to gather and play. The first level is all about fun with a game room featuring a pool table and foosball tables, a bar, comfy couches, smart TV, and even a private guest room with its own entrance. The main floor offers three bedrooms, one of the two master suites, and a brand-new living area (2025). Upstairs, the open kitchen, dining area, and living room flow right into the second master suite and deck with fresh outdoor dining and lounge seating.  
  
Head up to the rooftop for 360-degree views of both ocean and bay—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Out back, soak in the private hot tub, grill out, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or let the kids swing and play while relaxing in the private gazebo.  
  
This home includes 10 beach badges, beach chairs, an umbrella, and 6 off-street parking spots for an easy, carefree stay.  
  
Please note: Pet-free and smoke-free for a fresh coastal vibe—no exceptions. Tenants to sign all property addendums. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of $500 with the purchase of the damage insurance.
