This is a beautiful 4bedroom Ocean Block home with a heated pool that is just 3 houses to the beach. Unwind on the rooftop as you lounge on the day bed and or dine on the second deck while you take in the salt water air. You are an easy bike ride and even walkable to many of LBI restaurants and mini golf courses. Located close to St. Francis church, Daddy O"s and close proximity to Ship Bottom Shellfish, Dune 18 and The Arlington. This home offers 6 beach badges. Pillows and Bedspreads are offered. Junior Suite closet is used as an owners closet please note.
