From the sunrise on the lagoon to the sunset on the bay, you will enjoy an exceptional experience , from swimming in the outdoor private pool or re-energizing in the outdoor hot tub to relaxing on the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious 4/5-bedroom house gives a direct access to the lagoon and complementary access to the beach. The house also offers a large office and free WiFi.
Complementary access to Ocean Gate beach.
4 adult bikes (with helmets) and 4 one-person kayaks (with paddles and life jackets).
The pool is open from May to October. The hot tub can be used all year long.

Thanksgiving with Family

The owners were fantastic - from the welcome to the final check out.. even allowed us to stay longer!!! It was a great spot for family and the location was perfect! The house had everything!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

So much for our teenagers to do on property! Backyard spaces are the highlight of the property. Kitchen was extremely nice. Property owner was extremely accommodating! Boardwalks/shopping within a half hour drive. Loved the property!!

Shore Vacation

Great quiet location central to many attractions and restaurants. The private sandy beach is literally a two-minute walk away, and a great way to enjoy the sunset. The rooms are large and easily accommodated our party of six. A very enjoyable week: we would definitely come back if in the area again.

Perfect vacation!

Stephane and Delphine were a renter's dream. They thought of everything to make any vacation wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful home with so many thoughtful touches for our grandchildren like the kitchen set and toys in the living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view and at a perfect temperature, the hot tub, and the gorgeous sunsets. The hosts responded quickly and considerately to our questions. This is such a beautiful home not the mention the owner, Stephane, was more than accommodating we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We recommend if you’re into BBQ to try Smokies BBQ it’s not even a 5 minute drive and was amazing!

Great weekend 90 minutes from NYC

Stephan's place is beautiful and exactly as described. My family and I stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed it all - and mainly the outdoors - the pool, jacuzzi, grill, and fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to ping-pong and foosball. there are a lot of board games to use - my nieces loved them. We will be back.

Wonderful stay!

Do not hesitate to book this property! Communication with Stephane was perfect and timely leading up to and during our stay. The house itself was wonderful-plenty of room for lots of folks to spread out. We stayed in Jan but plan to come back when we can use the pool and outside yard area. Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here and had the absolute perfect time. Stephane was very easy to get ahold of for any questions before and during our stay and the home was well equipped with all necessities and was in perfect condition. The backyard is so beautiful and has so much to offer. The 2 minute walk to the beach made going to and from with an infant such a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

We had an amazing vacation and made beautiful memories here. The house was everything and more - the pictures don’t do the backyard justice! Had a great Memorial weekend stay

We celebrated my son’s birthday and graduation party over the weekend and we had a great stay. The property is clean and spacious. The only request I had that was not granted was the earlier check-in to decorate the place before our scheduled 5pm party starts.
