« Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier calme à deux pas de HydePark et des stations de métros Queensway ou Lancaster. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, les produits dans la salle de bain (Shampoing,gel douche,crème) sont de qualité et sentent très bon. Le seul petit bémol est l’absence de placard fermé pour y ranger ses affaires. Seulement quelques étagères mais qui font l’affaire pour un week-end. Les plus: -bouteille d’eau offerte chaque jour dans le frigo de la chambre. -Petit déjeuner...

"Hébergement hyper bien situé, facile d’accès, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le personnel est agréable et le lieu très pratique et confortable. Seul bémol, et pas des moindres : le métro est extrêmement proche. On a vraiment l’impression qu’il passe dans la chambre. Pour dormir tranquillement, il faut attendre l’arrêt du métro la nuit… puis le réveil se fait au moment où il recommence à circuler à l’aube."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme tout en restant proche du centre-ville. La station de métro à deux pas est un vrai plus pour se déplacer facilement. La propreté est irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner, simple mais efficace, répond parfaitement aux attentes. La seule mauvaise expérience de ce voyage concerne ma réservation via Hotels.com. J’avais réservé un autre hôtel par erreur et je l’ai annulé dans les cinq minutes après m’être rendu compte qu’il était trop excentré. Malgré cette annulation quasi immédiate, le montant a été débité et j’ai finalement dû faire intervenir ma banque pour obtenir le remboursement. Cette situation a été particulièrement difficile à vivre et je suis très déçu des méthodes de cette plateforme. Par conséquent, je ne passerai plus par ce site pour mes futures réservations."

"Not a four star hotel to me. The location is good in a quiet and charming area, equipment are there but extensively used and the room wasn't clean, like the shower and carpet. Bathroom quite small, mixer tap broken and no hot water at some point. About the staff: We were woken up by people back at 4am and the guy at the reception reacted quite quickly. Alternatively another receptionist was sleeping at 2pm on the reception desk. Breakfast: not a large choice but ok."

"La chambre était très propre mais très petite. Toutefois, pour un séjour de 2 nuits, c'est largement suffisant. L'hôtel est situé à 5 min d'une bouche de métro et juste en face de Hyde Park, à l'écart de la cohue du centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Un seul point négatif pour moi, le fait de devoir payer pour laisser mes bagages à l'hôtel le jour de notre départ... "
