Aug 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. ÖPNV-Busanbindung zur Innenstadt oder auch zum Festspielhügel ist gut (Königsbergstr./Bernecker Str.). Wir hatten bei Übergabe der Wohnung leider nur kurze Zeit (2 Min.), um Details zur Wohnungsnutzung abzuklären, aber selbst wenn einige Informationen damit untergingen (Abfall-Entsorgungsstation) war es ein insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer grundsätzlich gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten Blick auf den Bayreuther Festspielhügel. Nahversorger, wie etwa Bäcker, waren fußläufig in der Nähe. Es gab noch nachläufig Irritationen, aber diese lösten sich im direkten Kontakt. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt, selbstredend von uns beachtet. Vielleicht zog Luft von Außen nach Innen? Hausregeln müssen beachtet werden! Aber das war noch Austauschthema. Wenn man Hausregeln bei Ankunft erfragt, muss bitte auch eine Information erfolgen. Hausregeln wurden eingehalten, aber nachträglicher Erklärungsbedarf, was, wann, wie, muss nicht wirklich sein.Lediglich ganz kleine Nachjustierungen, etwa im Kühlschrank, mussten wir durchführen. Also mal kurz durchwischen. Sonst alles gut, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Deshalb auch insgesamt 4 Sterne! ##### Holger V.
