During the winter and if it rains, you'll need 4 wheel drive to get up to the property. There are some updates needed to the property and I've sent those in a private message to the management company - nothing that's going to cancel your time there. There are several neighbors within 100 - 200 yards but you really can't see them and vice versa. But, this place has everything we could ask for and more. The views were spectacular and the cabin was a home away from home. We didn’t venture to the nearby cities too much. Instead, we took in the magnificent location, the surrounding peace and quiet, and the tranquility of nature. We loved every moment especially looking out the windows and seeing the roaming deer. This was a perfect get-a-way retreat for my family and the memories will last a lifetime. ##### j s. Having 3 levels with an oversize two-car garage, hot tub, & sauna (although we only used the tub) with ample acreage to explore was nifty. The wi-fi was reliable, too. We all would like to come back & see if we can count more than the 58 deer we saw between Durango & our resort the last evening. a great time was had by all! :) ##### Chuck W.
