It is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The bed was comfortable but a bit small for us and there weren’t any nightstands but we repurposed the chairs from the kitchen table and that helped. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was due to finding a few spiderwebs and 2 spiders and there was some ant activity in the bathroom. I informed the owner and they stated they will deal with that issue so that future guests won’t have that problem. We visit elderly family in Bayfield and will stay at this property again!! ##### Keith B. About 20 minutes from downtown Durango and only about 15 minutes from Lake Vallecito. Easy access and driveway parking.
