Come see everything that Bay St. Louis has to offer in our custom 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that has 50+ 5 star reviews due to its location, cleanliness, amenities, clean & private pool, and the home's welcoming feel. When warm outside, enjoy the day while sipping a cold beverage in the private pool or relax around the large deck. The kids can also enjoy the splash pad at the public park across the street. When cooler, kick your feet up around the firepit while sipping some lovely red wine and enjoy the spacious & fully-fenced back yard for games. Our Old Town home is a short walk to the beach as well as all of the buzz of downtown shops and restaurants. Located in a residential neighborhood - you will find the area quiet and relaxing to escape from the stresses of life. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops & is fully equipped with a set of dishes for your group, plenty of stainless flatware, utensils, cutting boards, cutlery, cookware, and barware. There are plenty of pots and pans and various baking dishes. There is a large refrigerator with an icemaker and filtered water. Appliances include an electric stove, dishwasher, secondary wine / drink fridge, and microwave. Small appliances include 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 drip / pot style), toaster oven, crockpot, air fryer, tea kettle, and blender. Beside the kitchen you will find the dining room with a large dining table with bench seating to accommodate 6 or 7 and a bar with additional seating. The living room has 2 comfortable couches, a 75" TV to catch all the games, Live TV through YouTubeTV, Roku for streaming, antenna for local channels, and a DVD player with 30+ DVD's to select from. Saltwater Palms is set up to comfortably host up to 6 adults and up to 10 individuals total, (if including children) with 3 well appointed bedrooms. There is a main bedroom in the back of the home with king bed, full closet, dresser, and ensuite luxurious bathroom with fully tiled shower and two shower heads and 2 terry cloth robes . There is a second bedroom at the front of the home with Queen bed, full closet, along with desk / computer monitor, and 2 terry cloth robes. There is a 3rd bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk and twin-over-full bunk. This bunk room also has a full closet and dresser to use at your convenience as well as optional inflatable "bumpers" for added safety for top bunks. In addition, we have included some toys / children's books in the room for the kids. There is a second full bathroom with tub / shower located in the center of the house in addition to the optional1/2 bath toward the side of the house. Total of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Each adult room comes also comes with luggage rack for convenience. There is also a full size washer / dryer available for use in a closet in the kitchen area. The game room has dozens of puzzles, board games, PS4 gaming with games, Wii gaming with games, and large TV with Roku to enjoy along with small table and two chairs. The deck can be accessed through the back door where the game room is and allows for outdoor dining and relaxation where you'll find a high top table and chairs with umbrella to lounge. The deck overlooks the 30'x15' saltwater gunite pool, pool deck, and large fully-fenced in lawn area to keep your pups safe. You will also find 3 lay-flat loungers on the pool deck to enjoy the sun as well as a 4 person table in the bamboo shade of our rock garden. There is a full sized gas grill for your outdoor grilling needs located near the side gate. You'll have access to a shed that houses 2 beach cruisers (with helmets and bike pump), yard games, coolers, beach chairs, and additional pool toys for your enjoyment. For added peace-of-mind, we have a keychain-enabled back door safety alarm for parents to set if concerned about wandering toddlers as well as optional door knob safety covers, if necessary. There is a full playground and locally-famous splash pad just across the street for the kids to enjoy. There are golf cart rentals available around town. Due to insurance and city rules, we DO NOT allow parties, get togethers, receptions or weddings, etc. on the premises. We also have 3 actively recording security cameras in front of the home for your added safety and security. Our favorite day in BSL includes relaxing by the pool, followed by a walk on the beach with our pup, a restful nap, a dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants, and finishing with a stop at Ms. Mary's for a Snoball!! This place is a gem and we are so happy the guests love it. The house looked just like the pictures, the location was perfect to all that BSL had to offer, and the pool was amazing. The hosts were awesome with communication. Got us a pack and play and high chair to use for our stay as we were traveling with young kids. Was accommodating of our late flight and allowed a late departure which was super helpful with young kids. House was clean, well equipped. The beverage fridge was an added bonus! We all absolutely loved the house, the pool, the town, etc. The host did a fabulous job! They were prepared for everything and made our stay a10 out of 10! The house is comfortable, clean, and spacious. We were four adults, two kids, and four dogs and it was great. We absolutely loved the fenced in yard and the pool!!!!!! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine, dog treats, and candy for the kiddos (which they absolutely loved). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool. And it was awesome to be able to bring our furbaby who had the most fun of all playing in the fenced in backyard!! Was super convenient to be able to rent the golfcart at the house as well. We enjoyed riding around Old Town to the restaurants and shops and sightseeing. So much to do in a small area!! The home is clean, very well organized, well stocked and so inviting. The backyard is amazing with tall palms, a patio/deck, gorgeous pool and a shed complete with two bicycles, beach equipment and outdoor games. We did not lack a thing, in fact it exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were amazing and thought of every little detail to make our trip a very memorable one. Thank you!!!! ##### Hester C. If you have kids that like to swim this is your place. But if you have two fur babies that LOVE to chase squirrels and lounge on the pool deck, THIS property is for you! Our pups even has treats waiting for them ❤️ We arrived Halloween afternoon and really enjoyed the block party two blocks over. Rent you a golf cart and enjoy all this area has to offer. We didn’t crank our vehicle the entire time and had plenty to do. Groceries, liquor, spa, nails…all within a golf cart ride away. We enjoyed being tucked back a few blocks off Beach Blvd in a lovely residential area, close to lots of restaurants & shopping. Well stocked, comfortable beds, great resort like backyard & a long driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. The only thing we were not prepared to find - was the 2nd full bath was located oddly just outside the primary bedroom, on the opposite side of the home with the secondary bedrooms. Guests has to walk through 2 living areas and the kitchen to shower/use bathroom. Not ideal for groups that are interested in having some bathroom privacy. I think adding a floorplan would help future guests understand this better. \*We rented a golf cart, and that was how we got back & forth to Main & Beach. The pictures were an accurate depiction of the property. Fully fenced in yard allowed our dog to roam. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Everything was in walking distance for the most part. Owners have the property maintained and stayed in communication and even stopped by to visit to make sure everything was fine with the property. I a little concerned about private rentals, but this property made me a believer. I was very pleased with everything. The location is close to many beaches. It is about 30 minutes from Gulfport for more activities and restaurant choices if you want them, then about an hour from New Orleans if you want to visit there. Great property, location, and stay. Apr 24, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Absolutely lovely saltwater palms in BSL As my husband and I both remarked multiple times, this is truly the perfect short stay property. the entire house is perfectly designed for a visiting family group, really well stocked with toiletries, coffee, snacks, etc, beyond what we expected, lots of instructions on how to use everything, top notch appliances that worked really well. It was such a fantastic stay and we feel lucky to have found it. We did have a few challenges connecting all of us (we were 9 people and 8 devices) to the internet but Jessica was incredibly helpful resetting the devices remotely and then when that didn't work bringing out a technician who fixed everything - really above and beyond. we enjoyed the pool (highlight for my kids), and were glad that the owner was on site the day after huge rains to ensure the pumps etc. were working properly. The kitchen is super well labeled and it's inspired us to do the same at our own rental property; makes the property so usable for guestst! Thanks for an amazing stay! ##### Frances A.
