Stair count communicated was low (15 vs 21). The recently installed floor had raised ends that could have presented tripping problems. A window was not completely closed during the coldest days of the year. The clothes washer was not ready for occupation and resulted in un-needed communications resulting in a refund of 25% when we agreed to do our laundry outside of the unit.
