Just a few suggestions; it was very hot out while we were there and the a/c could not keep up during the day, a few ceiling fans could cool the residence down and assist with the a/c. Next, even after scraping and pre-rinsing the dishes, the dishwasher did not get the dishes clean.Those were just minor suggestions and did not take away from the comfort of the house. It was double booked so we could not get checked in one the first day. I had paid for a nearby hotel for my employees after he said he would reimburse, but he didn’t not reimburse the full total on the receipt I sent. After check out, he is saying it will need extra cleaning so I’m sure he can charge my company yet again. While they were there, a ladder was stolen out of the back of a truck.
