VERY happy with the clean, quiet, and up to date features. Never lost internet. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the freezer provided ice without fail. The full sized hot water heater was fantastic! (no tankless hot water fails) The beds were comfy, but may take you by surprise if you've never slept on a memory foam type bed before. The air conditioner worked PERFECTLY. (We found that it was better to keep the bedroom doors open at night so the air could circulate better and the temperature would be ubiquitous). If you like a pot of coffee, bring your own ground coffee; filters and k-cups are provided. Coffee on the front porch in the morning was so peaceful and serene - until a neighbor rode up and down the dead end road on his loud gas golf cart chasing his blonde lab mix dog yelling, "Piper! COME! PIPER!!" (HA!) Stairs: 5 steps up to the landing and then another 15 or so to the main landing. There is an optical illusion coming DOWN the stairs, so be aware.The windows along the front are glorious in that the natural light and view are sublime. Bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of room in the shower to move around and the tub was nice and wide. The best part of the visit, though, I've saved until last...The back bedroom to the left...first twin bed...VIBRATES when the air conditioner turns on. No Quarters needed! WIN!!
