"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. "Es wurden falsche Angaben gemacht. Der Schlüssel für die Unterkunft befand sich wie mitgeteilt nicht im Gutshaus sondern in einem Schlüsselkasten. Und den Code dafür wurde uns verwehrt, in dem wir bei der angebenen Telefonnummer weg gedrückt wurden. Dann war die FeWo wirklich schmutzig. Es wurde bewusst nur die Bettwäsche gewechselt und Handtücher hingelegt. Unter dem Bettlaken war sehr viel Dreck, nicht gesaugt, staubig,viele Spinnen und sehr muffig. Schränke kaputt. Sonst modern eingerichtet."
