Funiture in rooms looked old and in need of replacement. Verticle blinds falling apart. Had multiple power outages and water went out at least once. Diving facilities were good. Walls in room were dirty. Disappointed overall.

Arrived Easter Friday and it was crazy busy but super fun and the staff was hustling and doing a great job to service everyone. Didn’t notice any of the cruise ship people at all. Sometimes tough to get a chair at the beach but within an hour we would have no issues. Food was great and easy walk down the beach to other restaurants. Overall 9/10. Great spot and we will be back.

This is our 2nd time staying at Infinity Bay both times were wonderful. The rooms are very clean and updated. The staff is pleasant and helpful. This is the best location on the beach in west bay. The pool is amazing the beach is very well maintained. Look no further you wont be disappointed in your stay.

I wasn’t aware of the renovations being done on the property and it made my building look in disarray compared to other buildings. There were a few things in my suite that were broken, like the coffee table in the living room area and high chairs by the kitchen counter top. But the staff were on top of it and quickly responded and resolved most of these issues. I appreciated the staff friendliest and quick response time. I loved our suite and my party enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel. I would recommend once the renovations are complete

The best part about Infinity Bay is the location on the reef. If you are coming to snorkel or dive, the location is excellent. We snorkeled several times a day and once at night with an underwater flashlight. The amount of fish-life, coral, sponges, and other sea life was as good as any place we snorkeled or dove in Roatan. The downside is that so much of the property is currently under construction. (March 2024). We had to walk to the front entrance every time we went to the lobby. The breakfast room was clearly a temporary fix while the real dining gets a facelift. The on-beach dining had terribly slow service. The food was good enough and comparable to many of the other places to eat on the beach in West Bay. The new pool is still under construction and we were constantly walking under scaffolding on the ends of other buildings. The whole hotel will have a better vibe when all this construction is completed. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Our rooms were kept clean and the grounds were mostly picked up. I found sharp bottle caps in the sand several times. Overall I would recommend Infinity Bay, but would wait until construction is complete before ever returning myself. The situation around getting shuttles to the airport was a bit confusing and shifty. We were not able to use the free shuttle at any point. But we paid for an Infinity van and driver to take us to the airport-not free. I think your flights and stars have to align to get the free shuttle.

This is one of the best places to stay in Roatan! You can swim out 60-70 yards from the beautiful beach to the 2nd largest reef in the world! Amazing snorkeling! Each room comes with a full kitchen so you can fix your own meals! Eldon’s is the giant grocery store near the airport so you can stock up. Many restaurants nearby as well

Clean and attentive to issues that come up - like with our air conditioner. Airport shuttle was disappointing and infrequent. We had to pay for our own taxi to and from. When we arrived, we would have waited for 1 hour for the next shuttle. Infinity Bay staff helped us get a different taxi. It was the van from Infinity Bay and we had to pay $70 to get to the hotel (in their van!!).

We had no hot water for the first 5 days. Called for maintenance but they never showed up, or if they did they did not correct the problem. Finally my husband was fed up and figured out how to fix it himself. Very disappointed.

I truly don’t know how this place was ever considered 5 stars. To begin, they assured us construction would be completed in December, we stayed in February, construction was still underway, loudly everyday from 7am - 5pm. Upon arrival, our key cards to our room didn’t work, so they told us to standby for the maintenance man, who took 4 hours to show up. We had to call maintenance 3 more times throughout the trip for the door, as well as additional times for the water not turning on, there being no hot water, and the WIFI not working. The rooms didn’t have basic essentials like soap or shampoo. The furniture and rooms are extremely outdated, and the pricing of food and drinks were pretty outrageous. The staff all were extremely aggressive about receiving their tips in cash, instead of putting it on our cards.

The Resort is under construction so our garden view room was TERRIBLE. It overlooked the construction site and road and the workers congregated to smoke directly under our room. I went back to the front desk and ask if anything else was available and was told I could upgrade for $1,000. We did because the original room was so bad. Our new room had a great view but unfortunately only one shower worked for half our stay. On a positive note, everyone who worked at the bars, restaurants and beach, were kind and hardworking. I wouldn’t go back unless the construction is finished.

The room we stayed at was amazing, great size, all amenities included. The hotel cleanliness was very good, our apartment was near the pool, nevertheless the noise didn’t get into our room. Good breakfast at the hotel. I do think that the service could improve. My cousin ordered for some chismol/pico de gallo and they charged it. Hotel also messed up my cousin’s reservation and changed him from his room in the middle of his stay. Sometimes it would take some time for waiters to wait on you.

Great location right on west bay. However the room could use an update. Pullout bed’s mattress had a huge concave dent in it which made kiddo sleeping very uncomfortable. Provided bare minimum towels and bedding. (We were able to order more though.) Not even a dish cloth.

Nice rooms with nice pool area. However, they have limited beach chairs that people claim early in the morning even though they are not using and they ran out to beach towels by 10. Went back 3 times over 3 hours and were never able to get a beach towel. The staff was friendly but when we arrived we still had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. We checked in after 5. When we did finally get the room, there were. I towels or bedding for the sleeper sofa. The on-site restaurants have good food but are pricey.

Great location. Live music outside at night, large rooms, and large balconies. The breakfast was awesome. Easy place to catch a water taxi. The beach is a little small and could never find a beachfront chair. Would return to Infinity Bay!

The property was fine. The pool area was nice and the food was fine. I don’t think we were able to see the full benefits of staying at a property of this cost because we were only there one night and they didn’t have our room ready until a couple hours after check in so by the time we were able to change and go to the pool it was getting cool and dark. We also started the stay by not having the shuttle service sent to the ferry when we arrived even though there had been communication and confirmation by the resort ahead of time. When we called to check about the ride, they seemed to have no idea that they had forgot to come get us. The room was large and had a full nice kitchen. We were charged an extra fee for an extra person in our room but still only received the minimal amount of towels even though we had an extra people on the reservation made several months ahead of time. The property overall is a nice place but for the cost it would be nice to have a little extra level of service. It was disappointing that when an issue did arise they didn’t have a solution to fix it and didn’t really put in effort to come up with something to help the costumer.

They never changed our bed sheets the entire week we were there. We had to ask for housekeeping every day. And even with that, our sheets were never changed. There were a couple of days they ran out of clean towels for our bathroom. There were several days we never received wash clothes. The towels were thin and grey. My dust rags at home are in better shape than what i used to dry off. There were several days the beach hut didn't have clean beach towels. We had to wait hours for clean ones. Cruise boat passengers take over the resort and use up all the chairs. There were literally hair balls every day on the outside steps leading from our room. No idea how or why they got there and were not cleaned up. The refrigerator temperature was not adjustable and our food and drinks got ruined from freezing over. The ceiling fan in both bedrooms made a horrible rattling noise that would wake you up from a sound sleep every night. As we were walking from our unit to breakfast every morning and coming home from dinner at night, the smell of sewer gas outside our building was enough to make you sick. No idea how this place is rated 4 stars. More like 2 at best. Would not recommend.
