Sleeps 4\. The unit occupies the entire third floor of the house without sharing any walls with other units. It has many windows with nice views of town, ocean side sunrises and bay side sunsets and also allowing lots of sun light. The unit provides 4 beach passes, one parking spot at the large private back yard with dedicated propane grill next to it and access to the large basement for laundry and the unit assigned 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs and a beach cart, beach games, pickle ball and tennis rockets. Also a free parking allowed at the front of the house on Main Avenue. We enjoyed using the kitchen with 2 refrigerators and the nice big sink. There was a microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate, which was just enough during a vacation. The sitting and sleeping options were perfect. The private beach is beautiful and close, the neighborhood is lovely, and Bay Head and Point Pleasant have nice shops. We enjoyed the proximity to Point Pleasant boardwalk and also went to Seaside Heights boardwalk. Bay Head even has train service into NYC which we also experienced. Since the roof is angled, you need to be careful not to hit your head when you are on either side of the house. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. Two small refrigerators served well in place of one large one. Window units provided adequate AC for the place. A washer and dryer were available in the basement which my daughter used. There was one TV in the living room with an Amazon Prime stick. The unit's Wi-Fi worked well. Beach tags were provided which was a big plus. Beach equipment and bicycles were also available, but we did not need them. We had a small issue with parking (a car was in our assigned spot), but that was quickly resolved (we were given another space). The house is a mix of long-term and short-term rentals with tenants ranging from nosy and rude to helpful and pleasant. We were careful to keep quiet as instructed. Loved having so much space, with seating options to follow the sun throughout the day. Having 2 mini fridges made space for everything. Everything you need to stay at the beach is included. It is very clean, comfortable & charming. We stayed in the fall season while in town for a wedding & were extremely happy with our choice. Just steps frown the beach, we couldn’t ask for more. Sunrises every morning & a comfortable bed at night! I could definitely see us staying at thisproperty again in the future. We stayed on the third floor and hall lights were only lit for the first two. My wife did not feel safe going down the stairs. I called the property contact and he guessed a bulb was out. It was not repaired during our 5 day stay. 2\. We were provided two washcloths for 5 day stay. When I called contact I was told to cut up an old beach towel in the property and use that. 3\. Light was out on 10” mirror over sink. Very dark and challenging to see. 4\. Only a few utensils available and no dinner plates. 5\. Needs additional lighting inside. Could barely see in cooking area. Sorry. Don’t like leaving a negative review. ##### David H.
