Escape to this charming apt in lovely Bay City. This superb rental fts 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a modern bathroom with a tiled shower, and an additional office room with a comfy futon and desk. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, heating, full kitchen, separate dining room and more during their stay. Our full kitchen features a Keurig, air fryer, microwave, toaster, full fridge/freezer, pots/pans, utensils, dishware and more. We’ve got a cozy dining room setup with a pub set for 2\. Our spacious living room includes a large, comfy sectional, smart tv, and other homey features. In our large bedroom we offer a smart tv, queen bed with shelving and lights above the headboard, dresser and closet full of hangers for your use. The updated bathroom includes a tiled shower, toilet, sink, and includes amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and toilet paper. The entrance is a lovely porch with lighting. Free laundry on site! You'll make fantastic memories on the Rail Trail, River Walk, and @ Bay City State Park w/ a stay at our humble abode. This apartment is within walking distance to Historic Midland Street District, offering many restaurants, shops and more!
