Summary: This 3BR, 2BA home (garage excluded) is 6 miles from Cookeville Boat Dock at Center Hill Lake. It features a large fenced backyard. The master and second bedroom each have a queen bed, while the third has a full bed. Vizio TVs are in every bedroom and the living room, with access to Netflix and Hulu via free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes basic utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. A desk is also in the master bedroom for work. Self-check-in is available. The Space: This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home and is totally accessible to you except for the garage. The master and second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed. This property has a Vizio TV in each of the bedrooms and also in the living room which has a limited amount of free channels or you can use your own streaming service to access NETFLIX, HULU, VUDU and others. Otherwise feel free to use free Wi-Fi internet located on site. You will also find all of the basic kitchen utensils to accommodate your stay no matter how long it may be, this including a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. You will also have a full size desk located in the master bedroom. This will be a self check in so you can arrive at anytime after your check in time to access the property. You will be 6 miles from the Cookeville Boat Dock of Center Hill Lake, 8 miles from I40 in Cookeville, and 8 miles to I40 at the Baxter Exit. Cookeville will be your biggest city nearest to you which will have plenty of shopping and restaurants to accommodate your stay. You are also very close to several attractions including Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls and lots of hiking and rivers. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. The amenities were great, comfy beds, and nice big yard. The only issues were that the water temperature was lukewarm - never seemed to get hot enough - and as we checked out the owner or property manager watched from the street to make sure we left exactly on time which was a little weird. The house was very clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for our stay. The laundry room was nice convenience. There was a charcoal grill that we used. Note:Bring lighter next time.There are steps leading to the front door and back door, and no ramps. This is not a complaint, just info for anyone with mobility issues.The fenced in yard was a huge plus because our dogs were able to play safely off leash.The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with little traffic.The area is just a short drive to Cookeville and Sparta where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Also a motion light would be helpful. (I’m 79) Other than that it was an awesome home. It was very clean and well kept inside. It was close to my granddaughters home and the backyard was nice too. It had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The beds and couch were comfortable for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It was nice to be able to do laundry as well. The owner's description was spot on. Loved the large living room. It had lots of space for all of us to sit around together. Check in and check out was simple. The one and only thing I would warn a renter about is that there is no sidewalk to the front door. There are cute pavers but no sidewalk.
