Charming 3-bedroom Bawley Point house with a sunny balcony and just a 2-minute walk to stunning Cormorant Beach, ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. BYO linen or contact our office for linen hire service details.

We welcome you to The Rainbow Lorikeet Verandah.  
  
Only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Cormorant Beach in Bawley Point, you can spend your days in the catching waves, basking in the sun, building sandcastles and making lifelong memories with the ones you love.   
  
T H E H O M E  
  
This holiday home is perfect for a family holiday or couples getaway, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, fully equipped kitchen with a Delonghi Coffee Pod machine and complimentary Wifi. Enjoy the sun on the front balcony whilst cooking up a storm on the BBQ with friends and family.   
  
To keep you warm, there is a generous sized Oil heater in the lounge room. The home also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.   
  
Please note, this property is not pet friendly as it is not fenced.

Bawley Point will captivate you with beautiful beaches and splendid national parks. Bawley Point has lots to offer, you'll find plenty of things to do and see around this seaside hamlet, from swimming and surfing to fishing and bushwalking. You can even visit a winery and a berry farm.  
  
Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including alpaca's, deer and sheep to keep the children entertained also.   
  
Nearby Cupitt's Winery in Ulladulla was also voted in the top 5 wineries in NSW.  
  
Mollymook Milton Holidays has a strict NO Party Policy. Booking guests must be Over the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

#### Absolutely Filthy

Not happy!!! If i could upload photos i would... King bedroom so much dust, powerboard that supply's the only lamp / light in room (Yep no ceiling light at all) was so dusty we were to scared to turn the lamp on - fire hazzard. Dental picks x 3 found when making the bed with our linen under the doona. Glad we bought our own matress protectors, sheet and blankets. Broken door on TV cabinet, Tv cabinet i dont think had ever been dusted. Door track to verandah so full of leaves and debris on the inside track that it wouldnt slide without me cleaning it out. Bathroom sink drain was BLACK with mould that needed to be scrathched off with knife. We wore thongs in the shower and the shower head was filthy with mould. Oh and you get wet when you use the kitchen sink as the water sprays from the top of the tap outwards like a fountain. Husband had to use electrical tap around the spout to stop it drenching us. Contacted Agent who advised she would refund our cleaning fee. Took almost 2 weeks and 3 emails to actually receive a refund. House in great location, Agent needs to be more on top of what the cleaner isnt doing. Cleaner needs to be sacked. Poor owners who are paying agent fees and they not doing their job of providing a clean house. For the price we paid for the weekend I certainly expected a clean house.
