The Space: Point Break in Bawley Point Situated on acreage this stunning home gives you a sense of country seclusion as well as quiet coastal living. "Point Break" offers a substantial backyard and north facing deck complete with private BBQ and outdoor entertaining facilities where you can enjoy evening cocktails and appreciate the birdsong and native flora while watching the kids play. The serenity, peace and quiet here is such a special experience. "Point Break" consists of 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people. There are 2 living areas, a spacious bathroom and 2 ensuites. Get cosy by the fireplace or enjoy the air conditioning in the warmer months while you relax in this exquisite property. Your home away from home is a single-story holiday home situated in one of the most picturesque streets in Bawley which is only a short stroll from the local shops. Please note, This property is not pet friendly. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Bed - Ensuite with Toilet, shower and vanity Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - BIR - Ensuite with Toilet, shower and vanity Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - BIR Bedroom 4: Queen Bed - BIR This home provides a luxurious coastal experience with serviced linen supplied, free Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning to ensure you are provided with the essentials you need for a stress free holiday. The owners also have a highchair, bassinet and other baby items if needed. Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper. Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this. Please note - the spa is not available to guests - please respect the owners wishes and do not attempt to use the spa. Bawley Point is situated 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. The property provides plenty of off-street parking with room to for a boat should you wish to enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters. The house is located a mere 15 mins walk from the beautiful Gannet and Murramarang Beaches and Gannet Beach and these as well as another 8 local beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away. Bawley Vale winery is worth a cellar door visit and the world class restaurants of Milton and Mollymook are only 25 mins drive away. Drive just 30 minutes west to enjoy the Clyde River Berry Farm, where in December and January you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey. There is so much to explore and enjoy in the area so make "Point Break" and Bawley Point your next holiday destination and experience the South Coast at its best. Spacious, clean, very well equipped, beautiful grounds and a real pleasure to stay. Lots of space for the 7 of us who stayed, with the two living rooms (and a dining room) allowing a quieter room if needed. The older part of the house was very musty with air conditioning not working in some bedrooms - which is the reason we gave an overall 4 and not a 5 star rating.
