Summary:  
3-bedroom Bawley Point retreat 80m from Murramarang Beach, featuring dual living areas, multiple outdoor entertaining spaces and backyard fire pit. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. BYO linen or contact our office for linen hire.  
  
The Space:  
Nestled amongst the trees and only meters from the picturesque waters of Murramarang Beach, this tranquil coastal holiday home is perfect for your next family get away. If you don't want to leave your fur baby behind, then we have good news as Murramarang Haven is Pet Friendly (small dogs).  
  
This property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A large spacious open plan living/dining area that flows out onto a back deck, featuring an outdoor dining table and BBQ. This area is the perfect spot for a late afternoon beverage whilst soaking in the warmth of the Summer sunshine.  
  
The second living area is drenched in morning sunshine, once you open the bi-folds out into the breakfast balcony. Downstairs is perfect for a teenagers retreat, with their own Smart TV, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom.  
  
There is a gorgeous new wood burner just installed in the upstairs lounge room, perfect for the cold winter's nights. Guests are welcome to use the owner supplied wood to warm up the house or use in the backyard fire-pit, where you can sit around and toast up some marshmallows and create life long memories.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (located upstairs opening out onto the front deck).  
  
  
Bedroom 2: Double bed (located upstairs, also opening out onto the from deck).  
  
  
Bedroom 3: Double bed and king single (located downstairs in the second living space).  
  
  
Rumpus room: Single bed (located downstairs in second living space).  
  
  
Bathroom 1: Bath, shower, vanity and seperate toilet (located upstairs).  
  
  
Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet and Vanity (located downstairs).  
  
  
Open plan living, dining and kitchen are all located upstairs as well as the outdoor dining area. Laundry is located downstairs consisting of washer and dryer.  
  
  
Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.  
  
If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Amelia at Bawley Point Linen Hire at . Amelia will be able to assist you with all of your linen needs.  
  
Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.  
  
Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Bawley Point is situated 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. The property provides plenty of off-street parking with room for a boat should you wish to enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters.  
  
The house is located 80 metres from the beautiful Murramarang Beach.  
  
There are many activities to take part in around the area of beautiful Bawley Point, including bush walking, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and sightseeing. Bawley Vale Estate Winery is just a few minutes drive away. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays.  
  
Nearby, Cupitt's Winery in Ulladulla has also been voted in the top 5 wineries in NSW, and often features live music on weekends and holidays so you can enjoy a few glasses of wine while watching the sunset over the beautiful Budawang Ranges.  
  
South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Steins Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook - only a 30 minute drive north.  
  
Just 30 minutes drive west is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey, or enjoy one of their famous berry ice creams.  
  
There is so much to explore and enjoy in the area so make “Murramarang Haven" and Bawley Point your next holiday destination and experience the South Coast at its best.

#### Perfect holiday retreat to relax

Murramarang Haven was the perfect holiday destination. Open area upstairs with generous amount of sitting areas. Big backyard with fabulous vege garden which we used every day - made kale chips, green salads, herbs for days and mint for gins! Spacious area in yard for the dog. We will definitely be back to Bawley Point to stay here. \*October hightlight - Saw whales everyday from beach and rocky outcrops, +2 min walk to the beach! Bella Coastal Holidays are such a lovely people to deal with and were quick to help when needed.

Our family enjoyed 4 nights at the property and very much enjoyed the location, space of the property and the features. We would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a quiet hideaway holiday. The only small negative was the WI-FI connection - it was there but wasn't strong enough to support the TV or devices. Not necessarily a bad thing to be forced off devices!
