Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room semi-detached house that spans across two levels and offers a total area of 150 square meters. The house features a beautiful and cozy furnishing, with a spacious living and dining room that includes a sofa bed and satellite TV. This area leads directly to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is also a shower and a separate toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property comes fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, heating system, microwave, and television. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pets are allowed, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with their furry companions.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the house features four separate rooms, each equipped with two beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. There is an additional shower and a separate toilet on this level. Outside, you will find a spacious terrace spanning 100 square meters, offering a south-facing and west-facing position, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and soaking up the sun. Outdoor furniture is provided for your convenience. The property also offers internet access (WiFi) and reserved parking for two cars.
