Newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge close to Old Spanish Town neighborhood, LA State Capital, and much more. Easy walking distance to all the highlights of the city including the Saturday morning Red Stick Farmers Market. The Space: One (1) queen bedroom and one (1) full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Apartment is located on the second floor of the building - guests must be able to safely scale 2 flights of stairs. Personal hygiene items (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are not provided. \*Early check in / late check out is an additional $30, subject to availability\* Guest Access: The apartment has a wifi enabled keypad.
