Vraiment très moyen.
L’accueil a été sympathique, cependant la chambre demanderais une rénovation. L’ensemble est assez poussiéreux. La literie n’est pas très confortable. Ok pour une nuit, mais pour le même tarif, je pense que l’on peut trouver mieux.

The first room they put me in the fire detector was going off every 30 seconds. It sounded like a high pitched fog horn being blown directly in your ear. I asked if Maintance was in to change the battery and no one was available so they moved me to another room. This room, was absolutely DISGUSTING. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were stains everywhere and on everything. The tile by the front door was sticky. The room had a funky smell. There was zero soap in the dispensers and the hand soap had black prints all over it.

You advertised Breakfast. Eggs is a part of the American Breakfast. Also, one morning out of Coffee. Another on the weekend NO Breakfast set up! Sausage looked like nothing I could eat! I suspect it was cat!!! First got to room 90 degrees, after knowing we were checking in. Smelled like Water Damage. Microwave was not working nor the telephone or the coffee machine. If working NO coffee or creamer/sugar to be found!!!! I want to be reimbursed!!!

Rooms were absolutely disappointing. Ours was dirty, restroom mirror had dry toothpaste on it and bugs crawling up the wall and did I mention the beds were small. Drainage from the shower was extremely slow and to make things worse, the toilet clogged. (3am) Staff had no plunger and was not at all willing to accommodate in anyway until they saw us downstairs at 4am packed and ready to leave. At that point we were offered another room, a little too late as we were already dressed, upset and basically just done with the hotel itself.

Confirm the area before you book. Out of hotel’s control, but there was homeless loitering next door. The room itself was ok. It actually had a larger fridge and cook top for those looking for longer stays. The AC had been turned off so when we first entered the room, it smelled quite unpleasant. Thankfully this improved with air flow.

My stay was horrible. When I first checked in the hotel was very humid and hot. Once in my room, there was blood stains on the bathroom floor and food left around the room. I called to the front desk and was moved to a different room. Once placed there I noticed there wasn’t a smoke or co2 detector on the wall. Even though there was a whole and wires sticking out the wall where it should have been. When I woke the next morning there was roaches in the bathroom. As I looked around the room I noticed the was over 30+ all around my room. Which inched in my bag. When I went to report it to the front desk I was told “ oh you saw them”. There was no surprise in their voice that I had seen multiple roaches. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told they would not be there till Tuesday and this was a Monday that my family and I stayed there. I was beyond flabbergasted that it was a Monday morning and not one manager was present and could not be reached.

Very clean place in good condition. When I checked in in the evening I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. I was able to park my car in front of the window, I was a little bit concerned about some suspicious people hanging around the parking lot but the receptionist advised me that there is a video surveillance system. Continental breakfast was good, nice breakfast area.

Hotel was no frills and room was substandard. One lamp on the desk - none at bedside. Not even a plastic cup for water and no water at reception or breakfast. Smelled stale and musty. Vent system off in room at arrival. It was cheap and you get what you pay for

Room obviously had not been well cleaned. Definitely not vacuumed. Bits of paper here and there on the floor. Dirty wash cloth in drawer. Candy wrappers in another drawer. furniture had lots of chips on front. Not one single hanger for clothes. Not one single cup/glass to even get water to take pills. One switch in bathroom for lights and fan. Fan very noisy and loud. Wakes partner up when going to bathroom in the middle of the night. No coffee maker. No info about amenities or how to use tv. No local channels, no news or weather. Breakfast was OK but limited choices not fruit, but only three small tables so people standing and eating from counter. Overall makes me doubt whether I will ever stay at another Wyndham Baymont

First room we got smelled like smoke so they switched us. Then at 2am someone tried to get into our room. They assigned it to someone else thinking it was vacant. Also no continental breakfast. Just a bag containing water, juice, a bar and fruit cup.

Value was okay for the price
The stay was okay. There were a couple of things- a desk in the room with no chair to sit at. Refrigerator opens the wrong way to actually access it since it is wedged between the kitchenette and the bed (yes doors can be reversed). No bedside lamps, only that can lights in the high ceiling so you can’t have a person reading without being a nuisance to the other. There were either rust or fecal in the bathtub and a dead roach on the floor because they didn’t sweep behind the door. And cigarette burns in the bedspread…in a no smoking hotel.

We showed up around 10pm and the front desk man was so polite. He greeted me was pleasant and answered my questions I had without attitude which I have experienced a lot on our road trip. There was 5 of us all together and only 2 towels so I called and asked for more. I had no issues getting more towels which other hotels have told us to deal with it. The only thing I did not like was the area. People walking around everywhere. But the man assured us we were safe. The room was clean the only thing was the beds were pretty small. But other than that it was a nice stay.
