Only needed to stay one night thank God bathroom was disgusting, shower never cleaned in awhile and mold...even a huge roach came running towards me. Toilet not connected to floor and seat moved and pinched. I guess I didn't read enough reviews. Housekeeping should be fired... everyone should be for allowing those conditions

There was no hot water. The bathroom was dirty and the floor looked like it was unswept. There was a dollar general sticker on the shower wall. It was just overall not clean.

Heater panel broken, no heat called office said that they be right there. Had to call back 30 to 60 minutes later finally someone came up but got the verify nosey heater to work. Sink had some kind of food or trash in it. Door peep hole had toilet paper stuffed in it. Bedsheets had stains on it, not sure but next night sheets were the same ones or they had same type of stains in about same area. TV only played every other channel pressing channel button on remote would double number. Employee said thats the way the tv just worked. When checking in told front desk I would be paying using something other than the credit card used to set the resevation, night before check date I went to pay early to prevent having to stop in early in the morning before going to work, and he told me they already charged the credit card. Asked to talk to manager was told they would be onsite in about hour and they would call my room. They never called or tried to contact me.

Only reason I stayed for 2 weeks was because all other hotels had no rooms available. Since this was for work purposes I had no choice but to stay for those because of the work in the Refinery was for 4 weeks. My first room at Motel 6 which was room #156 after me staying a whole week in that room I noticed by accident that you didn’t need a Key Card to enter the room, which that it self is life threatening because any one could of just walked in while I was a sleep. Then they changed me to room #271 and noticed it didn’t have a mini refrigerator, asked front desk to get me one because I had bought food for the whole week and needed a refrigerator. But they never brought me the refrigerator, even though in the hotel in orbitz stated in has one. On both rooms I stayed both of them had cigarette burns on the sheets on the bedding, on the bathroom tub. When I asked for the bedding sheets to be replaced the “new” ones had stains and looked dirty and cigarette burns. A soon my reservation was done her and thank God the other hotels had rooms available I left Motel 6 and never turned back.

For the money, you cant beat it. Its a clean bed and bathroom when you just need a place to crash. It won't win any awards for beauty or style but it gave is an affordable place to stay after a concert.

I get the concept of “you get what you pay for.” But come on! I chose this hotel bc it was pet friendly not in the busy of the city. But the front desk staff was RUDE! The room was mediocre at best, broken/busted fixtures. I felt like I was going to fall through tub floor. And if you’re going to be a cheap hotel…fine. BUT AT LEAST HAVE HOT WATER! I ran the shower for 20mins and it NEVER got hot. It was BARELY luke warm! Reported it to the front desk and he said “if you run it for 5 minutes hot water will come.” Full of sarcasm. And no, it did not. I’ve stayed in some pretty cheap places in my life; and have dealt with rude people plenty of times, it’s whatever; but at least they had hot water! Never again.

Disgusting Drug Den
Property was filled with drug addicts and sketchy characters making constant noise. Mattresses were covered in mold. Worst Motel 6 I’ve ever seen. We weren’t in the room for more than 10 minutes before we decided to leave and get a room at the Hampton Inn a few minutes away.

Actually got cut short on this but that's most it
We decided to get a room for the night in Port Allen due to construction on the bridge and very heavy traffic we were unable to get back across.Our vehicle is without AC at the time and with temps100+ we were about ready to die.I booked thru your site because of how fast and easy your site is as well as the very low rates since this was not a planned expense for us.Looking back now we could have just endured the hot slow trek across the bridge and gotten cooler alot sooner. The room was EXTREMELY HOT..Now i understand that the AC was off until we checked in so it takes time to cool off the room but the problem is it never cooled it down! We were sweating the whole time even up until after midnight when we finally fell asleep.The AC unit on the room was horrible and barely blew.We checked if the filter was dirty to see if that was the problem but it was clean so there is something more serious wrong with it. You could feel the heat blasting in all around the poor fitting door and the door it's self wae so hot you almost couldn't touch it. We ended up usingthe top bed covers to hang over the door and window to try and insulate the room so it would cool. I have a room temperature app on my phone and I checked it often the lowest temp we saw the whole time was 87.8F. most of the time was 89F average.Along with the excessive heat our room had no fridge, no microwave, and no trash cans. Infact we couldn't even find a trash can outside on the property anywhere except for dumpster.

Cold AC and Kind Staff
Standard room, told the guy at the desk I was traveling alone with my son and he put us in a room close to the office to keep an extra eye out for us, I though that was very sweet. Rooms are standard for a motel, basic essentials and freezing cold AC, which is a very nice thing to have. Only issue I had was the bed, it made funny noises when I moved around, like a squeak but for the low price I can hand that. Would stay again.
